Already at 71 degrees in livermore. Checking out some records today, the record in livermore is 78 degrees, set back in 1977. And looks like we could go above that as we go into this afternoon expecting it to at least tie that or get a degree or two above. Oakland, high of 80 today. When the record is 73 degrees.
