Palm Beach landmarked house fetches $20.2 million on Via Bethesda
The property was sold by the limited liability company that paid a recorded $15 million for it in 2017.

A limited liability company that bought a landmarked house at 124 Via Bethesda in 2017 has sold it for $20.2 million, according to information about the sale posted Wednesday on the Palm Beach County Clerk’s website.
The price paid is more than $5 million over the price the property fetched in July 2017, courthouse records show.
A New York-registered limited liability company named after the property’s address was on the buyer’s side of the coral stone-clad house, according to the deed. That entity s address at Rockefeller Plaza in New York City matches that of Rockefeller Capital Management, a financial advisory firm that specializes in preserving and enhancing “multi-generational
