About 500,000 Ukrainians rented housing in the western regions of the country during the war, Yuriy Pita, president of the Association of Real Estate Specialists (Realtors) of Ukraine, told Interfax-Ukraine.
The realtors of the offices of the Association of Real Estate Specialists (Realtors) of Ukraine in the western regions of the country provided free assistance in the resettlement of more than 100,000 refugees from other regions during the 10 days of the war, the Association President Yuriy Pita said.

The Ukrainian real estate market is at a stable level with an upward trend, President of the Association of Real Estate Specialists (Realtors) of Ukraine Yuriy Pita has said at the Urban and Countryside Real Estate-2021 forum.
“The number of transactions is growing every year. According to the Ministry of Justice, 87,279 transactions with real estate were carried out in the first quarter of 2019, some 95,509 in the same period in 2020, and 111,276 transactions in the first quarter of this year,” Pita said.

In many cases, the office is still like that, because there’ll always be a need for office workers to deal with scraps of tin, or whatever other sort of widgetry still requires data entry and the stapling of invoice forms to work their way into the pipeline.
During much of the COVID era, corporate bosses were somewhat obliged to send their office-workers home for great stretches of time, and in much of that time things went rather swimmingly for companies. Turned out that oftentimes people working in sweatpants and fuzzy slippers were at least as productive, if not more so, than when they were told to dress professionally before being stuffed into cubicles where no one could see them.
