Guest well, i do think that is partially true, but when women came into the senate, most people dont realize there were few women in the senate up until 1990 there were only two women in the senate. So all of those male senators dont know what to do with women coming into the senate. And you have women coming in at the same time as you have a big shift in washington in terms of behavior in washington becoming more partisan and more polarizeed. So as women come into the senate, youre also in a much more partisan and polarized environment, and thats had a lot of effect. So in terms of utilizing their gender, they do emphasize it if it helps them to achieve their political goals. Host right. Emily reports that teens are helping lead the way. No, i dont Smoke Cigarettes. I actually had an aunt. Id always take her cigarettes and hide them from her. And like, it just i was just never a cigarette type. I dont Smoke Cigarettes because i think its gross and you get lung cancer, and i dont want lung cancer. I dont smoke because theres no point to it. Its addictive. It doesnt help you. Theres no point. The number of American Teens who smoke has been going down for years. In fact, were less likely to use tobacco than the teens in many other countries. Surveys show that only about 12 of all 10th graders have smoked recently. But thats still too many.
