BRANCH COUNTY, MI (WTVB) – The Bronson Vikings improved to 7-6 overall and 5-5 in the Big 8 Conference as they escaped with a 50-47 victory over winless Springport.
The Vikings trailed 25-21 at halftime but took control in the third quarter when they outscored the Spartans 16-8.
Bronson overcame 29 percent shooting and 17 turnovers to get the win.
Mason Harris led the Vikings with 13 points and four assists. Aden Hathaway added 11 points. Noah Houtz grabbed 10 rebounds. -
The Reading Rangers used a 20-11 fourth quarter on Monday as they broke open a close game to defeat the Quincy Orioles 64-56.
Quincy had a 45-44 lead heading into the final quarter. The Rangers avenged last weekâs  63-41 loss against the Orioles.
