Matt Rodda helping the school VOLUNTEERS are creating a sensory garden for school children and a local MP gave a helping hand last week. Last Tuesday, Reading East MP Matt Rodda visited Redlands Primary School to help turn the current playground into a more natural, sensory garden space. Mr Rodda joined ten parent volunteers as well as Naomi German, gardener and founder of Erleigh Road Community Garden, volunteers from Reading Climate Action Network and local landscape gardener Chris Cox. The volunteer team behind the sensory garden hope to turn the brick and tarmac playground into a greener space for children of Redlands Primary School.
