The Supreme Court on Friday said that it would hear a case regarding whether it a federal ban on gun possession for people under domestic violence restraining orders is constitutional.
The Supreme Court ruled in favor of a Colorado man who was convicted for making so-called "true threats" against a local musician. The Court ruled that the jury should have considered if "true threats," were involved.
Several major case decisions are pending before the U.S. Supreme Court this term on immigration policy, student loan debt relief, LGBTQ rights, affirmative action and state court power over elections.
