influence by the victim to say that she wants to bring a case against a celebrity. the jury did not believe that. you mentioned the read back testimony. always compelling. you look to see what are they asking for read back? where might they be on this case? i think that it was somebody was more so a holdout, one or two, that wanted to hear the testimony to make sure to go for a conviction in the case. that s what you do. say, wait a second. this testimony didn t seem that credible. are you sure? take another listen. this is what you recollect. do you have something different in your notes? they get that back. that s usually when they re very close to a verdict. that has been my experience trying cases, especially in this area. they are amongst the toughest cases and you have the bravest victims, women that come forward to say that they have been sexually assaulted. can you imagine being in a courtroom, sitting on the stand and having to talk about these most intimate details and the sh
