The International Court of Arbitration in The Hague ruled that Russia must pay $267 million in damages to DTEK, Ukraine's largest private energy company, the company announced on Nov. 2.
The International Arbitration Court in The Hague has fully granted a claim brought by the Ukrainian energy operator DTEK against the aggressor country of the Russian Federation with respect to assets seized in illegally annexed Crimea.
