Responsibilities:
Sales
Target new sales opportunities and develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in watermelon juice and concentrate products.
Sales of bulk commodity (raw product) to existing ingredient customers if they are looking to process “in-house”.
Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
Confer with customers by telephone or in writing to provide information about products or services. Formulating pricing / negotiate contracts and supply agreements.
Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
