JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A Jamestown man is facing charges of terrorizing and arson following a fire near Ypsilanti Sunday.
The Stutsman County Sheriff’s Office took Raymond Risser, 59, into custody following the incident. Documents say Risser is accused of threatening to set a home on fire of one individual and actually starting a fire to destroy the property of another individual. Risser’s vehicle had been identified at the scene, leading to his arrest in the case.
Risser is being held in the Stutsman County Correctional Center on $10,000 bond.
