About 12 investigators were on Thursday trying to track Horn’s further movements through CCTV footage. Though he wasn’t sighted again, the fact he had not walked past certain cameras allowed police to target their search area. Firefighters joined the search on Thursday, searching commercial buildings in the inner city area, while search and rescue crews would door knock houses into the evening. Martin believed Horn could have walked into a property and be in someone’s garden shed or garage and was unable to figure out how to get out, as happened to people with dementia.
