Missing child found after Amber Alert search for stolen vehicle in Minneapolis

An Amber Alert was issued for Raylene Childs, a 2-year-old girl that was in a vehicle reported stolen in Minneapolis Sunday night.

MINNEAPOLIS (FOX 9) - Minneapolis police say a child reported missing in an Amber Alert Sunday night has been safe.
Further details were not immediately available about how police found the child. The Amber Alert has now been cancelled.
Officers said the missing child, 2-year-old Raylene Childs, was inside a stolen 2003 Honda Pilot that was reported stolen from the 500 block of Hennepin Avenue near Central Avenue NE around 8:40 p.m.
The two-year-old was located within an hour of the vehicle theft, and St. Paul officers later arrested the suspect and turned him over to Minneapolis police.

An AMBER Alert has been issued after a car was stolen in Minneapolis with a 2-year-old child inside.
The car is described as a beige 2003 Honda Pilot with license plates FWH 585. It was taken outside the Rusty Taco on East Hennepin Avenue about 8:40 p.m.
The Minnesota BCA says the vehicle has a large dent on the left side near the gas tank.
The child has been identified as Raylene Childs. She was last seen wearing a pink and yellow jacket, black stretch pants and pink shoes. She has brown eyes and black curly hair that was in pigtails.
