Fundraiser: A campaign is underway to help well-known community activist Bob Johnston get back in action following major surgery. A GoFundMe account has been set up and there will be a benefit concert that will be streamed online. The April 3 concert will feature musical duo Ashley Woodruff and Rob Murphy, and a performance by Rod Dunn. Space is being provided at the Radisson Hotel for the fundraising event, which will be live-streamed through Facebook. Links for the concert will be posted to the GoFundMe page as they become available. Donations can also be made via eTransfer by emailing Johnston’s sister at brendalavoie609@yahoo.ca. The GoFundMe page is at tinyurl.com/yuhz6mt9.
