Relief among GPs and healthcare workers after vaccine jabs at mass centres PA Media 16/01/2021 By David Young, PA © Sam Boal/Photocall Ireland A mass vaccination drive for GPs and practice nurses has begun in Ireland (Sam Boal/Photocall Ireland/PA) Doctors and other healthcare workers have expressed relief after receiving Covid-19 jabs at three mass vaccination centres in Ireland. The facilities opened in Dublin, Galway and Portlaoise on Saturday and will operate over the weekend. Each is delivering hundreds of the Moderna jabs to GPs, practice nurses and other frontline staff. Dublin-based GP Muhammad Ghaffar was among those who received a vaccine at the centre in the city’s Phoenix Park.

First Doses Of Moderna Vaccine To Be Administered In Laois Today

Midlands 103 The first doses of the Moderna vaccine will be administered today. GP teams will be vaccinated at three mass vaccination centres in Dublin, Galway and Portlaoise. The HSE says it s an important step and vaccine rollout plans must be flexible to accommodate unforeseen events.
