A Davidson County man was arrested this week after deputies say he possessed multiple photos of child pornography.
Jackie Ray Stroud, 58, reportedly received photos of girls ranging in age from 3 to 13 being sexually assaulted, according to arrest warrants. The warrants said the assaults took place from April 23, 2019, to Nov. 22, 2020.
Stroud is being charged with 10 counts of felony second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and two counts of felony failure to inform of changes to online ID.
Stroud was arrested in 2014 and charged with committing sexual offenses with a child under 13. He was placed on the sex offender registry and failed to report a new email and Facebook profile that he created to the sheriff s office, according to the warrants.
