The 17yearold was arrested at his home in south philadelphia, shortly after the shooting. Anderson, they were able to find him by looking at surveillance tape from the gym. That is where the shooting actually took place. Police tell us from looking at the tape, its unclear if the shooting was intentional, or if it was accidental. In any case, administrators were able to look at the tape, identify the 17yearold student. They pulled his address, dispatched police out to his house. They were able to make that arrest.
