Lie With Me concluded in a tense finale on Thursday (July 15), which saw wronged wife Anna Fallmont (Charlie Brooks) turn the tables on her husband.
The drama mixed together themes of gaslighting, infidelity and murder, and began by giving us a glimpse of a body bag – identity unknown. There was plenty to unravel over the four episodes, as it became clear that nothing was as it seemed.
Anna and her husband Jake (Brett Tucker) had recently moved to his hometown in Australia for a fresh start after a turbulent time. With Anna due to start work, the couple hired Becky Hart (Phoebe Roberts) as a nanny for their two young children.
