A DeSoto teenager was arrested on a manslaughter charge after a high-speed crash this month that killed a Dallas ISD mentor.
Norkendric Jackson, 17, was taken into custody at his home Tuesday morning in connection with the death of 42-year-old Hanan Ali-Lacy. It was unclear whether Jackson had an attorney.
Police said Jackson was driving more than 90 mph on West Pleasant Run Road the night of June 6 when he crashed into a vehicle driven by Ali-Lacy at Ray Andra Drive.
