The legislation amends current law to allow a dairy farm to sell, distribute, or offer to sell or distribute unpasteurized milk or milk product for human use or consumption without being issued a permit if the animal that produces the milk or milk product is housed at a dairy farm.
The legislation would allow raw milk producers in New Hampshire to increase output and expand the market for raw milk and raw milk products in the state.
