On Monday, Dec. 13, the Adopt-A-Family headquarters will open at 9 a.m. in the kitchen area of the Ravenswood Fire Department. Volunteers will be needed to sort new items and to prepare for families.
The Ravenswood Adopt-A-Family Screening Committee reviewed some more applications for families needing assistance at Christmas.
Some families were adopted, but there are some who are waiting for assistance.
