Baltimore city fire said seven people escaped the house and when they got here, they heard the 10yearold girl was in the basement. The flames were just too intense and they had to evacuate. They later found her arm the first floor. Witnesses who saw the flames say that they were both incredibly intense. I heard all the fire trucks storming down the street. I came up in the house was totally engulfed in flames. Smoke was everywhere. It was just terrible. Officials say three children, three of her siblings, were taken to the hospital. W

Officials prepare for frozen roadways. The department of transportation will pretreat the roads at 3 00 am. Baltimore county says they will treat roads where necessary starting at 5 00 am.
