The trial for ashley white will continue tomorrow but without a jury. Accepted a compromise from the commonwealths attorney and whites bench trial instead of a jury trial. White is charged neglect. Kelsey bulger, her attorney, said it was impossible to seat a jury in Pulaski County because so many people know about the case either through media or social media. Both sides waived a jury trial.
