Investor Wagner will sell 1.71 crore equity shares through offer for sale. While promoters Bhanu Chopra, Megha Chopra and Usha Chopra will sell 54.91 lakh equity shares.
The other firms that have received the approval to float their Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) are Prudent Corporate Advisory Services, Tracxn Technologies and real estate developer Puranik Builders.
