Every year, as the countdown to a new year begins, social media is full of posts about the Gratefulness Jar. This activity encourages you to write and record, from January 1st, all the good things that happen during the year on a piece of paper and drop it into the jar. It could be anything – beautiful memories you want to save, goals you accomplish, a fun evening with friends, a compliment from your Boss, a random act of kindness… At the end of the year, open the jar and relive those memories and you’ll see that there is much to be grateful for.
