NAB to file reference over Malir land ‘scam’ NAB to file reference over Malir land ‘scam’ KARACHI: The Executive Board Meeting of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has authorised filing corruption reference against Sindh Land Utilisation Department ex-chairman Ghulam Mustafa Phal over illegally allotting state land in Malir district causing Rs12 billion loss to national exchequer, said a statement received here on Thursday. The board met at NAB Headquarters in Islamabad with NAB Chairman Javed Iqbal in the chair, the statement said. The meeting was attended by bureau s deputy chairman, prosecutor general accountability, DG operations, NAB Rawalpindi DG and other senior officers.
