Everybody under a windchill advisory until 9 00 a. M. This morning. Until 9 00 a. M. , windchills will be as low as anywhere from ten to five degrees below zero. Heres the windchill temperature, how its feeling when you step out the door. It feels about four in washington. Zero in rockville and reston. Two below in manassas. Dulles right now, its feeling about seven degrees below zero. Yesterday morning, dulles hit a low temperature of two degrees below zero. The coldest its been there in 18 years. The cold Streak Continues throughout the day today. This morning, dress warm. The warmest jacket you have will be needed. And again, windchills as low as ten below through about 9 00 a. M. 7 00 a. M. , an air temperature of ten degrees. The good news, once the sun comes up, were looking at plenty of sunshine throughout the day today.
