Jayden Daniels and Rachaad White were too much for Oregon State as the Sun Devils controlled the game and kept the Beavs at arms length. The injuries, comparatively long schedule and general pandemic fatigue seemed to hit the Oregon State football team especially hard tonight. Also I’m comfortable saying ASU is the best 2-2 team in the nation. Anyway here’s how the Sun Devils walked out of Reser with a 46-to-33 win on a rainy Saturday night.
FIRST HALF
The Beavers won the toss and deferred to the 2nd half. They quickly forced a three-and-out on three straight incompletions; then orchestrated a beautiful 12-play, 67-yard touchdown drive. The drive featured TEN running plays and only two passes. It seemed like the rough conditions might play in Oregon State’s favor, but ASU regained their senses and leaned on their rushing attack. Their next four possessions all resulted in ASU touchdowns whe

Arizona State’s big play offense was too much for Oregon State to handle as the Sun Devils rolled to a 46-33 win Saturday night at rainy Reser Stadium.
ASU (2-2) had four touchdown plays of more than 25 yards as Oregon State ended its pandemic-impacted 2020 season with a 2-5 record.
The Beavers also contributed to ASU’s romp with two turnovers and two punt team mistakes.
Chance Nolan threw for two touchdowns and Jermar Jefferson ran for 103 yards to lead the Beavers.

Let’s have mock draft fun again. This time we are making trades for the Minnesota Vikings. In this 2021 three-round NFL Mock Draft, Minnesota makes a trade with the Washington Football Team using The Draft Network’s Mock Draft Simulator and Football Guys’ Pick Value Calculator. Here is what we created for the Vikings’ future.
Trade: Minnesota sends 2021 first-round pick (14th overall) and 2021 fourth-round picks (115th and 117th overall) for Washington’s 2021 first-round pick (19th overall) and second-round pick (51st overall).
With BYU’s Zach Wilson still on the board at 14th overall pick, Washington makes the call to the Vikings to move up. Minnesota’s will be to take the roster and go for it all again in 2021, thus acquiring another Day 2 pick instead of multiple picks to start Day 3 in order to draft a higher caliber player that can hopefully contribute sooner rather than later.
What would your strategy be for trade-downs? By TarkentonToJones on Dec 16, 2020, 5:01pm EST +
With the Giants now at #10 in draft order, and with the QB situation for the remaining three games not inspiring confidence that we will get back to #19, the possibilities in the draft heat up. #10 is a pretty good spot for trading down to get extra picks. But agreeing to trade down implies that you are willing to risk losing a player you could have had at #10. In turn you get an extra shot, or maybe two. To me that extra shot has to be in round 2 or 3 to make it worthwhile, while a second extra pick would have to be no later than round 5 to be attractive.
