One of Hunterdon’s busiest rescue squads continues $4 million fund drive for new facility

At some point in their lives, almost everyone has shoved one too many things into their closet and shut the door before they can all fall out.
That’s the current condition of the facility that houses the Flemington-Raritan First Aid & Rescue Squad, according to squad leaders.
“When we know people are coming or we’re going to do something, we take everything and we have to shove it somewhere,” rescue squad Capt. Gary Breuer said. “It’s kind of rough, in terms of being able to run an operation every day.”
