The Harbor Beach City Council voted June 7 to take a proactive approach on the city s aging water infrastructure and approve a project with an estimated $3.6 million price tag.
The city held a public hearing to discuss its water treatment plant and distribution system. During the meeting, Treasurer Jennifer Capling discussed the estimated cost of the updates and Chris Townley of Townley Engineering explained the overall plan.
