Jhelum Deputy Commissioner (DC) Rao Pervez Akhtar has said that action is being taken against inflation, hoarding and land mafia in the district. He said this while addressing a meeting of district administration officials.
The DC said that for the timely completion of ongoing development schemes in Jhelum district, all relevant agencies should work together in a constructive manner and ensure the required pace of work. Similarly, action should be taken on daily basis to curb inflation and the availability of essential commodities at fixed prices should be ensured, he added.
