BJP MP Pragya Singh Thakur appeared in the Special NIA Court on Monday in the 2008 Malegaon Blast Case, and along with other accused persons, sought advance copies of questions prepared by the judge.
In her application, Mukerjea, who was granted bail by the Supreme Court in May last year, said that currently she has no source of income, nor any spouse to financially support her.
Indrani said that the inordinate delay in conducting the trial has deprived her of her fundamental right to work in the country of her nationality (England) and residence, as also the freedom to travel freely outside India.
