Worley is providing detailed engineering design services for the Kasawari carbon capture and storage (CCS) project in Malaysia. The Kasawari development, set to be one of the world’s largest offshore CCS projects, aims to capture over 3 million tons of carbon dioxide (CO2) per annum.
Ranhill Utilities Bhd’s subsidiary, Ranhill Worley Sdn Bhd, has clinched a US$50mil (RM210mil) contract from Italian-based Saipem S.p.A through a related company called Perunding Ranhill Worley Sdn Bhd (PRW).
