There has been many, many cases of i asked my question. Im sorry but there is a body of law associate with First Amendment activities on the mall. Let me give you a for instance. The chamber of the Lincoln Memorial is not available for First Amendment activities. So thats in statute, or in regulation. Nor is the chamber of the jefferson, but the plaza is. In the case of the world war ii memorial, the entire memorial is open to First Amendment activities. Except in this case when the barricades were put up because of, well, i dont know, maybe we will really find out where that came from. Last question, and im over time and i try not to do that. Job/Skill based production chain in city building Thread

I m working on a city building project and I would like to discuss here of one of the concept, see if there is glaring issue I didn t see, or if it is something viable, at least at a concept level.
One of the core game loop I m going for is:
Job unlock new Building, and Building unlock new Job.
Job unlock new Need, and Building are necessary to fulfill those Needs.
(All the example are note representative for the final version and just here to illustrate, so please bear with me if it doesn t sound logical)
