Aaron Donald is being accused of assaulting a man outside a Pittsburgh nightclub in early April, according to
DeVincent Spriggs, 26
, says that Donald assaulted him on April 11 between 3-4 am and intends to file charges with Pittsburgh police, his lawyer,
Todd Hollis, told Sheehan.
Spriggs reportedly needed 16 stitches after suffering a broken orbital bone, a broken nose, a concussion, and sprained arm that may be broken.
Hollis alleges that Donald and Spriggs bumped into one another in the nightclub, and says Donald would later approach Spriggs when they were both outside, and proceed to attack him.
