Oklahoma company buys Salesforce Tower for $192.5 million Alexandria Burris, Indianapolis Star An Oklahoma-based investment firm has purchased Salesforce Tower for $192.5 million in a deal announced Friday.  Square Deal Investment Management acquired the downtown landmark from California-based Hertz Investment Group. The deal closed earlier this year.  The tower is the second office building Square Deal owns in the middle of Indiana s capital. The company s portfolio also includes Market Tower at the corner of Illinois and Market streets. “Expanding our footprint in Indianapolis has been our firm’s priority for several years, so we are thrilled and honored to acquire the city’s trophy asset and are fortunate to have this rare opportunity, Andy Ridley, Square Deal s director of asset management of commercial real estate, said in a news release.

Salesforce Tower now gives the company its second building in downtown Indianapolis, after Market Tower. Square Deal Director of Asset Management Andy Ridley says the company had been trying to expand its Indianapolis footprint for several years. “We are thrilled and honored to acquire the city’s trophy asset and are fortunate to have this rare opportunity. Indianapolis is characterized by its business opportunities and its citizens whose passion for their city make it an ideal place to live and work, and we are proud to continue planting roots here.”
