More than 230 people registered for Therapeutic Recreation Day held Tuesday at the Carroll County Farm Museum in Westminster. Organized by the Carroll County Department of Recreation and Parks, the event was an adaptive recreation program designed to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities, developmental differences or higher support needs.
