Carroll’s city council met with its new members for the first time Monday night, with Mayor Jerry Fleshner and Ward Two councilmember Jason Atherton starting their terms.
The Carroll City Council approved a new urban renewal area along the southwest corner of the Rolling Hills South Condominiums during their meeting Monday evening.
