Henry H. Roenigk, Jr, MD, 89, of Scottsdale, Arizona, passed away Dec. 10, 2023. Henry was born in Tuscaloosa, AL on July 21, 1934. His parents moved to Cleveland, OH, where Henry grew up, the eldest of four children. He graduated from John Marshall High School in Cleveland, Ohio Univ. in Athens, OH, and Northwestern Medical School in Chicago. He had four sons with his first wife (Lynn Yurick). He served in the US Army on Oahu, HI, from 1960 to 1963.
