Board members will review a revised policy next month that would expand the opportunity for events serving alcohol at the Gichi-ziibi Center for the Arts.
An ad hoc committee of school officials and community members will meet at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 18, to discuss a challenge to "Empire of Storms" by Sarah J. Maas.
With public comments both for and against the policy for allowing materials in the school district, the board held a vote on the materials policy for the coming school year.
