There are little breaks of sunshine here and there, but the steadiest rain right now is reaching through the central bay area, south of the golden gate, south of San Francisco, down on the peninsula san mateo, redwood city getting some downpours right now, the rain has just moved ouof half moon bay. At least the heavier rain over the east bay. They will ou in santa cruz by aptosrting corralitos highway one. Some wet weather further to the north over into the east bay. 580 in livermore and 680 scattered showers. Mount diablo, some snow there. And this is where we have our winter storm warning for the next couple of hours. So were fortunate. Lets take a look at live doppler seven. You can see that there is a line of showers that means some steady downpours. Now moving right through the Santa Cruz Mountains onto parts of the peninsula, down into the south bay, sunnyvale and um, well, saratoga. Getting some downpours right now. Its hard to see the small print from where im standing, san jose. And thats all moving over to the Mount Hamilton area, where of course it will likely snow because of the cold air accompanying this rainfall in some of our higher peaks.
