Randstad Spain forecasts that, while the number of employed workers in 2023 will increase to an average of 20.6 million from the 20.4 million figure expected in 2022, the unemployment rate is still expected to continue to grow.
In 2023, Spain’s unemployment rate will stand at 13.2%, higher than the 12.9% rate with which it will close this year, according to research from Randstad Spain.
Randstad Spain forecasts that the upcoming Black Friday and Cyber Monday in Spain (25 November, 27 November) will generate approximately 33,380 hires, a decrease of 17.3% compared to the 40,380 signatures that were signed in 2021.
