The mayor was dining alongside former Portland Mayor Sam Adams at McMenamins Hillsdale Brewery and Public House on Sunday at around 8pm
Cary Randall Cadonau was named as the person authorities believe accosted the mayor as he left a Southwest Portland pub Sunday night, according to an updated police report released Tuesday.
