Rulebreaker's Ball Meet n Greet Kicking off the event, will be a “meet and greet mixer” of sorts at Hi-Tones on Thursday the 20th at 9pm, with Rancid Vat founding member’s solo project “Marla Vee & The Natural Born Stud$”, and San Antonio’s “Vicious Hit’s.”
