RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA Orange County s public libraries are addressing health and safety guidelines issued by the state of California, officials say.
While those safety modifications are underway, to curtail the spread of coronavirus at area libraries, residents can pick up books in a contactless curbside program.
This week, library closures were in place at the Cypress Library, El Toro Library, Rancho Santa Margarita Library and the Westminster Library as the libraries make improvements to those structures, according to the website.
