Leaders of the area’s three business organizations say 2021 will be a year of recovery. They also said community members doing business locally is key to the companies’ survival.
“2021 will be a year of focus on support for local and small businesses,” said Debra Rosen, president and CEO of the Rancho Bernardo-based North San Diego Business Chamber. “We are a strong community and recovery is dependent on us supporting one another.
“The small and local businesses are there to support us when we ask for help and it is time for the community to really focus on helping them to survive,” Rosen said. “It is important for the business community to continue focusing on strong customer service and loyalty programs to keep their customers coming back.”
