The 140-seat restaurant debuted a few weeks ago in a spot formerly occupied by Davitinoâs in the Mentor Avenue plaza anchored by Heinenâs. Its two dining spaces are open for both New Yearâs Day and New Yearâs Eve. Hours are 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for lunch and 4 to 9:30 p.m. for dinner.
Kolinâs employees also hail from her native Bali, an Indonesian island 1,000 miles south of Singapore, where Kolin received her hospitality training at a professional restaurant and hospitality university.
