COURT: More court news from the Worcester News A WOMAN who drove while over the legal alcohol limit and without a licence or insurance has been handed a curfew, a fine and a driving ban. Agnieszka Drzewucka appeared before magistrates on January 28 charged with driving while over the limit on December 19 last year. In addition, she was charged with driving without a licence and a final charge of driving without insurance. The 35 year-old pleaded guilty to the charges, with the drink driving charge stating she had 110 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Magistrates decided to ban Drzewucka from driving for 30 months as well as ordering her to pay a £95 victim surcharge and £135 in court costs.
