Were told that the governor is going to be talking about that states response to those protests that weve been watching over the last few days. Meanwhile, this morning smoke still rising over minneapolis. The National Guard and police have beefed up their presence there, and it is clear that some of those protests over night in minneapolis took a violent turn. There was rioting, a Police Spokesman said that some demonstrators forcibly entered and ignited several fires at the third Police Precinct. Thats the base of the four officers who were fired after George Floyds death. Other parts of minneapolis also burned and the twin cities are dealing with looting, as well.
