That silver suv according to police is the striking vehicle. It happened just before 9 00 tonight. A 39yearold mother is dead and her nineyearold son in Critical Condition. This is video of the driver taken into custody in hand hand. Police believe he was on drugs and found evidence of that in the suv including needles. They went on to the sidewalk, hit the woman and her nineyearold son but missed her 11yearold daughter standing with her family. Police say the driver took down the pole. The pole and suv were down.
